Claypots Seafood Bar

I found this place through Google. Apparently they serve really good seafood.

King prawns with bread as entree. Perfect. Never leave this place without trying this.

However I was a little disappointed with the "Malay Claypot". They do not have stingray in stock so they only used fish. I just find the sauce awfully weird, not really curry. More like those flight meals, so-called curry rice. Not spicy at all. I really don't know how this entire pot is related to "Malay" or curry or whatsoever. Rice is at the bottom of the pot. Not a good idea either, I hate rice soaked with gravy. I never like it wet. Some people like it that way, but they should serve the rice separately for people who do not like gravy.

I like this salmon though. Very nicely done.. so crispy. It is served with potatoes and bak choy. The small plate of chilli on the left side is not very spicy.. more towards sour and salty. It tastes similar to the chilli that is serve along with pan mee.

You might want to try other claypot dishes since they are famous for that. But no, do not order the Malay Claypot.
