Restaurant Hon Po

Lou sang during Chinese New Year. Their ingredients are all fresh, no colourings or preservatives added. They even prepared their own crackers. I really like it, all except for their salmon, which is not exceptionally fresh.

Their soup is good too. They claim that they do not add MSG in their food.

They have the hoi mei soup or rather "buddha jump over the wall" on weekends.

Steamed meat with salted fish

Hong Kong fried rice - perfect. I'm not a fan of fried rice, but it was really good. It's their speciality, should try.

Their food gives me the very homely feeling, very much like homecooked food.

I love their prawn with cheese too. They served fried mantaus to dip with the cheese. They only thing they are lacking is presentation. But who cares.... I just want to eat it.

As for the price, it's quite cheap. It costs about RM80 for 4 pax, depending on what you have ordered, then again it's reasonable.
