Nara Kitchen & Co.

The new place just a few shops away from The Good Batch at Uptown.

Infused water is free of charge - very proud of them for valuing their customers that way. Since the implementation of GST, most places are charging for water or forcing customers to purchase bottled water as there are no other options for drinks.

Their cakes look too beautiful to eat...

The Secret Garden caught my attention - it has to be really pretty to serve with the fruits, veggie and edible flowers!

Spoilt with choices - it took me a very long time to decide! Everything looks good from just words!

Secret Garden (RM15) served in a wine glass.

True enough it was really pretty! Too pretty to drink!

Strawberry Lemonade (RM12) - looks rather normal, comes with a cute straw.

Nara Donburi (RM35), served with a generous portion of salmon and a superfine onsen tamago!

Chicken & Waffle (RM32) with a bunch of refreshing bits on top.

Tuna Tartar (RM29). Maybe because I'm a garlic lover, I find it is so clever to serve garlic toasts with the tuna tartar! The wasabi avocado may not be my kind of thing - creamy texture with sour ending. Too weird. The eggs are organic, regular egg mayo salad.

Banana Cake with Butterscotch Drizzle (RM15). The cake itself isn't too sweet, but would be just right with the butterscotch. Sweet ending! :-)

Their food may come with a hefty price tag but it was worth it. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and service at Nara. Based on their selections, it appears that they are promoting healthy eating with the theme "eat clean". Not like I've asked them, but boy, just look at their choices of salad and sandwiches! Good job!
