Noodle with Signature Sea Prawn Wantan + Prawn Dumplings (RM14.90)

I don't think I'll ever order the soup version anymore - the taste is very, very bland.

Dry Noodle with Beef + Wantan (RM17.90)

Decided to pop by again for the second time because I really love their noodles! Nothing has changed so far, still the same people cooking the same noodle and broth. That one major setback spotted, is the soup. It is not as flavourful as the first time - they changed the vegetable.

They started off by putting Green Dragon Vegetables into their soup which creates a very nice fragrance. I can't believe it that they have removed it from the soup and replaced it with spring onions!! Which explains why the soup isn't as great anymore. Possible reducing materials here and there too which I may not be aware of. Replacing the obvious is already unacceptable.

On a side note, I've also noticed that they boiled their vegetables (kai lan) still tied with rubber band. THE RUBBER BAND? It makes me wonder about these few things:
  1. Did they wash the vegetables?
  2. What about the rubberband substance/chemical?? The vegetables are definitely affected and we are the ones eating the affected vegetables???
  3. For the rubbery-infested pot of soup, do they also use it to cook our noodles?
I-just-don't-want-to-imagine. EW.

Honestly I may visit one or two more times and if there is no improvement I will not return again - the soup was one of the factor which made me love their noodles in an overall package.
