South Sea Seafood Restaurant

Green Dragon Vegetables

Oh yeah, this is one of my favourite greens and it is one rare dish as not many Chinese restaurant serves it!

Lala Soup

Call it clams or lala, it's served with spicy chilli padi broth with goji berries.

Salted Egg Yolk Mantis Prawns

Deep-fried mantis prawns evenly coated with salted egg yolk. Malaysian's favourite.

Chicken

The only dish we regretted ordering.

Butter Crab

Oh those crabs have to go with their fried mantaus! The fried mantaus are sadly so popular that you're only allowed to order one. That being said, order at least 2-3 plates!!

Chinese-Style Cheese Baked Escargots

South Sea is a rather popular seafood place. There is a section in the restaurant where you can view all of their fresh seafood - alive, not dead! So basically you'll get a clue what you're ordering. Also I've noticed quite a number of Muslim people in the restaurant so I'm assuming that place is Halal, if not, it should be pork free. It's one of the good places in Klang Valley for a seafood meal with comfortable seats.

If you're looking for a place to dine with your family, or even business partners, this is quite a good place actually! I would recommend to make a reservation as the place is ALWAYS full!

The place is not difficult to find with Google Map - it's sort of in the middle of no where, very near Subang Airport.
