Thip Samai

The ideal place to have your supper after drinks! They open till 3am and traffic is reasonably OK during wee hours.

Certainly their kitchen isn't one of the cleanest, actually it's filthy.

But it really doesn't matter - they are just dumping it anyway.

Apparently the queue is very long - thankfully we arrived at about 1.45am? We were second in queue and got our table in no less than 3 minutes.

Fresh bellsprouts beansprouts and lime.

Pad Thai (No Omelette) - Probably around THB50-60? Can't remember.

The version without omelette is slightly drier.

Pad Thai (THB50-60?)

I love the one with omelette as it retains the moisture and Pad Thai gravy in it.

The omelette itself is very, very thin.

They also have the "Special Pad Thai" which costs THB200! Not sure what's the difference as we picked the cheaper version. It was so good that the both of us ordered 3 plates of Pad Thai!

If you haven't tried this, you have to make your way to Thip Samai! It was a little far from where we stayed (Sukhumvit) - about 15 minutes without traffic by Uber. Thank goodness it was really late so we didn't have to battle the traffic.
