Ryan invited us to try some of their signature Pokebowls. The first thing that came into my mind when I arrived - where on earth is Food Foundry?!?! Yes this was previously Food Foundry TTDI.

Back to Pokebowls, if you have never heard of it - this brilliant idea originated from Hawaii.

It's simple and healthy. Drumroll ladies!!!
Everything in the bowl is exactly what we need and has no more than 500 calories per bowl!

Provided that you do not drink all these amazing sauces.... P/S: Spicy Sriracha is my favourite!

To be honest each bowl looks similar, the tune and salmon are marinated to the point where I don't think it's recognisable. That's not a bad thing - I'm just indicating that the colour is similar.

On a separate occasion, I visited the second time and had the spicy salmon instead.

To date, I've tried the signature salmon, spicy salmon, spicy tuna and mango salsa.

I really can't decide which is my favourite - both mango salsa and spicy salmon is equally good!

If you don't like your sides, you can change it with no extra cost. If you want to have quinoa instead of rice, you'll need to top off an additional RM1.90.

There's no oil used, no fried food and yet it's still very flavourful. How can you resist such a healthy bowl of rice?! I like how they are generous with their portion too, it's not cheap, but at least they do serve us the adequate amount per bowl.

Green tea is refillable too, by the way. Thank you for the invite, Ryan!

You should prepare about RM20 per pax. But do keep a lookout on their Facebook page as they have promotions from time to time. If you happen to grab the promo, it would be approximately RM15 per pax, which is reasonable!

P/S: This is a half sponsored post, as I've revisited this place on a separate occasion.

Likes: Healthy (and promote healthy eats), low calorie bowl, reasonable price
Dislikes: Parking is always an issue in this area! Foreign staffs seems a bit blur.
