Mong Kok

We go out at Mong Kok station and just followed the crowd. The thing about HK's street eats - the people who runs it are horribly rude and it's a norm. I recalled approaching the first stall and the lady was just disinterested to answer my questions. I only asked how much is it for the curry fish balls as I could not read Chinese, and she replied, HKD20 HKD50. I was clearly confused; what do you mean by that, so how much is it for a portion? She turned away and ignored me. Okay.... Which was why I ended up at this stall instead.

We ended up at another street food stall instead. They had a longer queue and the people were much more acccommdating. Well, that's why they have more customers too! They had everything all of us wanted to try so...

...Here we are, just pointing at everything... Deep-fried intestines... HK's famous smelly tofu....

Curry fish balls... Those I once had at Jordan were really springy, for some reason I could not find the same curry fish balls with that really different texture I've had previously... This is what happens when you don't pay attention to the surroundings, can't find the same shop anymore!

Some egg waffles anybody?!
