Burro e Salvia

Burata x Parma Ham x Pumpkin (£10)

The antipasta changes from time to time. But whatever it is, have their burata... It's freshly made in store, very refreshing! Have it together with the thinly sliced ham and pumpkin where it neutralises the taste. Expect it to be salty, sweet and creamy.

Agnolotti Cavour (£12)

We ordered only 1 portion to share. They were so kind to divide it into two portions without having us to request.

This is their signature pasta filled with beef, pork and spinach. Cooked with butter and sage - must have it hot for the perfect al dente. Once it becomes cold it's a little too firm.

You can also purchase some of their fresh pastas back home. They prepare everything in their store and you know it's authentic as the joint is managed by Italians.

Likes: The idea of showing customers how fresh their pastas are. Literally freshly made right in front of you!
Dislikes: Very limited tables if you were to dine in - so do make a reservation otherwise you may not get a seat.
